Q1. Fill in shipping address

Except Hong Kong and Macao, recipients in other shipping regions must fill in the full name in English, and the abbreviation is not acceptable.
The correct post code should be included in the shipping address.

We will attach the detailed list of your product(s) in your package for your verification.

Q3. Overseas sales return

The procedures of overseas sales return are complicated and the freight amount is relatively high, so Funcare doesn't provide the service of sales return for overseas members.

Q4. Notes for overseas shipping

If the product(s) cannot be delivered because the customer provides the wrong address, our company shall not be reliable for it. In addition, if the customer asks us to deliver the product(s) to the correct address again, our company will charge the fees such as delivery postage etc.
After the order is accepted, the order contents (item, specification and quantity etc.) and the shipping address etc. cannot be modified, and the order cannot be canceled as well.
Before placing an order, the purchaser must understand the laws and regulations related to import in the country or region where the customer is located as well as the products prohibited to be imported. If the ordered product(s) is/are confiscated in the destination country or region, our company shall not be liable for it, and our company cannot return the payment for product(s) and shipping charges due to those reasons.
The shipping regions are mainly the regions where Taiwan EMS can cover.
After receiving your order, Funcare will process your order as soon as possible, which includes 2-3 business days for product(s) preparation and packing, and the shipping time is subject to the shipping destination you select.

EMS shipping scope and shipping charge calculation (NTD)

The weight less than 1kg shall be calculated based on 1kg.

For overseas shipping regions, please refer to theShipping Scope.

Unconditional rounding calculation. If the weight of your product(s) is 1.25kg, it will be unconditionally rounded to 2kg. And the shipping charge shall be calculated based on 2kg. (Please notethe calculation in Funcare is based on the unit of one kilogram)

Q5. Payment method

● At present, JCB, MASTER and VISA credit card can be used for payment.

● The checkout amount is calculated based on TWD (NT$).

The exchange rate in our website is just for reference, and doesn't represent the exchange rate in actual transaction which shall be subject to the exchange rate of the credit card bank when the customer makes payment.
